ACTIVITIES o Rodeos –exciting family entertainment at reasonable rates are held in the nearby area nearly every summer weekend o Softball –for ages high school and older there is a softball league with Men’s, Women’s and Co-ed teams who play teams from the surrounding area. The highlight of the season is the annual end of the year tournament with proceeds donated to various local organizations and charities. No participation fee o Youth baseball played on well-maintained fields mid-May until July against competition from nearby towns. No participation fee o T-Ball for ages 4-6 o Minor League for ages 7-8 o Little League for ages 9-12 o Parks—there are two beautifully manicured parks is town with towering shade trees, picnic tables and safe playground equipment available. In addition, there is a modern outdoor basketball court and playground equipment on the school playground which is always open for public enjoyment. o There are three active and involved 4-H clubs led by experienced hard-working advisors who provide leadership and educational opportunities to youngsters age 6-19
